This month I've been [trying to] choosing joy in the impatient moments. The mommy moments where I want to lose my temper or get frustrated. I've been trying to remind myself that these littles of mine are only itty bitty for a short time.
This month my hubby took a rare day off during the week, and we went to a baseball game together with some of his co-workers. We spent nearly the entire day together --without kids!-- and it felt like we were dating again. It was so beautiful to relax and have fun together and remember who we were together before the kiddos came along.
I've been taking more time to rest and listen to this prego body of mine when it tells me to slow down.
