hey y'all! closing was this morning and all went well. this beautiful prairie-style bungalow is our new home finally!

(a lot of photos of the rooms empty - to be used in before and after comparisons. so far half the carpet upstairs has been removed. jesse, my dad, and luca make a good team.)
