we were just informed that the buyers we have a signed contract with were denied financing on our home. although great people who were prequalified for a loan, the underwriters would not accept her self-employment as part of their income.
please pray that we can find a new buyer quickly. we knew nothing was definite until the final papers are signed, but we have been gearing up for the transition from normal to champaign. obviously, we are extremely disappointed.
also pray that christin and nathan will find a house that they love and can buy!
