yes it was - they called at 6 on friday evening asking if we were back on the market. they submitted a new offer that night and we signed with them yesterday. after changing the staturs back to pending - we received a call from another couple from the open houses asking what was going on. anyway, the sold sign is out and the inspection is scheduled for tuesday. the cool thing is that they still will close by the 14th so we have the same timeline - just faster for the new buyers
