windy city weekend

were you ready for monday?

i, quite shockingly, am feeling good about today. we took a ~~little~~ crazy adventure to chicago on saturday to visit the shedd aquarium. and we survived! i will post about it once i get the photos from jesse's phone. we even made a quick stop in the 'burbs to visit family. oh but then we suffered through the foggiest drive home in history. some of the longest 3.5 hours ever. yesterday was just about recuperating - from our trip and that drive home. a lovely, stormy sunday for recuperating.
