it was time to celebrate. we splurged and stayed at this fantastic b&b. wickwood inn is owned by chef, former nyc restaurant owner, and cookbook author julee rosso miller and her husband bill. the food alone deserves its own post.
after saturday morning's champagne brunch, we relaxed and read in bed until hunger called for a late lunch.
i seriously could have spent the entire weekend at this place. too bad there was such a gorgeous lake to enjoy and fun little town to explore.
um, this rug made my feet so happy. i really want one next to my bed now.
