in memory of shea

dear shea. . . you joined the family fifteen years ago.  you were an adorable puppy.  you had huge paws and beautiful eyes.  you chased balled up socks.  you were a messy eater.  you liked to escape out open doors and run around the neighborhood.  you worried us when you chased cars on busy roads.  you protectively watched over kittens in the backyard.  your tail could leave a bruise on our legs.  you loved gnawing bones and waiting under the table for dinner scraps.  you smelled kinda funny.  your hair shed all over clothes and blankets and jackets.  you peed in excitement when anyone came over to visit.  you barked loudly.  very, very loudly.



you were a good dog.



 



you were loved.





you will be missed.
