jesse and i have had a tough week. one of those we need to work through this now, so we don't pay for it later issues. does that make sense? i think we all have them. sometimes you forebear and sometimes. . . you fight. not fight as in yell at each other (but, being honest, there has been that). we are not each other's enemy. we need to fight because we are in a battle together. we need to be allies.
it is tough. we will get through it, however and be the stronger for it.
but a year ago this weekend, we were celebrating and i miss that. i am praying these memories can soften my heart and help me be a better partner and lover.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
