this is one of those requests that i look forward to, but make me want to cringe all at the same time. i love to hear what is on your mind, but hesitate to commit to answering your burning questions. oh the pressure. but since i have done the near impossible and blogged 29 days straight, i figure i can handle a little blog q&a.

life is a bit fuller than usual this week as i prep for an upcoming business trip for the weekend. but i have every intention of finishing out this 31 days challenge. even if i only post a cute photo and silly poem of our littlest.

Do you suggest non shampoo use for people who workout everyday? What do you use to get the smell or greasy feeling out of your hair?
