- gobs of rain and even a tornado warning, with a brief time in the basement while sirens blared through town this afternoon
- a farewell to many friends who will soon scatter across the country because such is life in a campus church
- a stint in solo parenting when jesse travels to honduras!!! (this is simultaneously uber exciting and terrifying for me.)
- an end of year celebration with our homeschool community, plus a break in our personal schedule here at casa hart while we enjoy this beautiful time of year.
- lots of planning for next year's homeschool. my brain is brimming with ideas. i am hesitantly optimistic.
- enjoying the newly painted white walls downstairs. yes, i'm giving you a lil' sneak peek, but there will be a period of tweaking and arranging before full room reveals are available.
- eating from the potager! methinks the green onions are calling my name for dinner tomorrow.
what may brings. . .

May for me: finishing my last week of final exams ever, graduating with a Master's in Social Work, training for a new job (foster care work!), enjoying the start of summer, continue learning how to better love my husband and serve my God.
i want to paint my place white too.
oh white walls....so soothing. love.
i'm planning for homeschool next year too. may= end of a school year, beginning of summer, visitors, dance recital, flower planting...swimming!
May will be a bit of everything busy and potentially fun: purging, packing, garage sale-ing, shower planning, picture-taking and even vacationing. Yes, we will attempt to do it all. Ha. Can't wait to see those white walls!!
wow, big month! praying for a calm through it all and lots o' joy!
do it. . .
that sounds just right. yay for may! xoxo
that is one full calendar, cailan. hope the potential fun becomes lots of actual fun! xoxo
